Now in our 38th year, the Milford Rotary Club’s annual Christmas Tree sale continues to be one of our three very successful annual fundraisers.
The proceeds support the Milford Rotary Club’s charitable giving and scholarship programs. The funds we raise help improve lives not only in our own community but internationally as well. In just the past 15 years, the Milford Rotary Club has donated well over 1.3 million dollars in charitable grants and scholarships!
Your tree was grown in Colebrook, NH and was harvested less than two weeks before it was delivered to our tree lot at Frederick’s Pastries in Amherst.
New this year, you may pre-order your tree! Simply click on the link below, pay for the size of tree that you want, come to our lot, and pick out the perfect tree. We will load the tree on or in your vehicle, tie it down, and home you go.

Simply tell us the tree size you want. We will select a tree from our vast selection of quality balsam trees, wrapped just as it was by the tree farmer for easy carrying into your home. Your tree will be delivered “curb side” on the Saturday of your choosing. The tree’s look will be a mystery until you unwrap it, but serendipity is part of the fun.

No, you are welcome to visit our lot, select the perfect Christmas tree, pay in cash or with a credit card, and take your tree home.
However, we are making the pre-order option available if you would like the convenience of a cashless transaction – especially in these COVID times.
If you have purchased a tree online with the Pickup option, please be prepared to show your email receipt on your mobile phone when you visit the lot to indicate proof of purchase. Alternatively, you may print out the email receipt and bring it with you to our tree lot.
If you do not have your receipt, you will need to enter the trailer and give your name to the cashier who will look up your online payment.
We accept all major credit cards online and on-site at our lot. Although PayPal processes the online payment for us, a PayPal account is not required to use your credit card.
We also accept cash and personal checks on-site at our lot.
Your safety and the safety of our Rotarians and volunteers is a top priority.
We will be wearing face coverings. Writing surfaces will be frequently disinfected. Free hand sanitizer and masks will be available to our customers.
We are located in the parking lot of Frederick’s Pastries directly on Route 101A in Amherst, NH.
